The Learning International Networks Consortium (LINC) is a consortium of educators from over 20 countries around the world committed to establishing collaboration and cooperation across international borders, with the goal of using technology-enabled, new media to improve the quality of higher education worldwide. Association of Learning Providers
Hibernia College is a member of the Association of Learning Providers (ALP), a UK-based organisation that acts as a voice for independent learning providers throughout England. The ALP works closely with policy makers such as Government departments, Members of Parliament, and skills-funding agencies, such as the Learning and Skills Council, Jobcentre Plus, Ufi and Business Link. It is involved in the development of government strategy with the UK's Department for Education and Skills (DfES) and other national bodies. Members' views on training are represented to the policy makers when new initiatives are being planned. Find out more about the ALP here.

European Learning Industry Group
The European Learning Industry Group (ELIG) is an open industry group with members representing the learning solutions industry for the 21st century. Innovation in learning, knowledge creation and knowledge dissemination are central to ELIG’s endeavours.
ELIG's mission is to:
- Provide policy input at a European level and as appropriate at country/region level
- Act as a communication channel to the marketplace, highlighting innovative developments and directions and giving orientation to market participants and stakeholders
- Constitute a platform for cooperation, sharing and concerted action for its members.
ELIG provides community and sharing activities for its members, targeted actions and projects as well as communication and updates about trends and tendencies in the learning solutions industry. For more information, visit the ELIG website here.

Hibernia College is a member of the FEdS business forum. This is a UK organisation that brings together business, education and governments to influence strategies and policies for life-long learning.

Hibernia College is a HPSU client of Enterprise Ireland. Enterprise Ireland is the government agency responsible for the development and promotion of the indigenous business sector. Its mission is to accelerate the development of world-class Irish companies to achieve strong positions in global markets resulting in increased national and regional prosperity.
